  • Learn Ceros to create immersive experiences within Sitecore for each brand.
  • Conceptualize experiences, from low to high fidelity prototypes, within brand and design guidelines for accessibility.
  • Build and test the content experience within Ceros for desktop, tablet, and mobile, and scale experiences.
  • Own the style libraries within Ceros for each brand, leveraging updated styles by the Design team.
  • Create interactive experiences on brand that are embedded in Sitecore and Marketing Cloud using Ceros.
  • Research and test how to demonstrate Ceros to deliver more engaging experiences using 2D images, video, embedded forms, and more to showcase to partners.
  • Support extended team on polishing PPTs for stakeholder presentations.
  • Learn and absorb Gallagher brands, mission, and goals to create experiences that drive engagement across divisions.
  • Document standard processes for content experiences.
  • A comprehension of agile development and Bootstrap framework.
  • Manage projects and meet deadlines.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and technologies.
About You:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, computer science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design.
  • Experience designing data visualizations within charts and graphs and bringing these elements to life within interactive experiences.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, and Ceros.
  • Experience designing for a multi-lingual audience and for accessibility.
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for design.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
