About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Development: Apply art, design, and copy layout skills to create captivating designs for print materials and signage, ensuring they align with client specifications and brand guidelines.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to brainstorm ideas, provide feedback, and contribute to the overall success of projects.
  • Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Google Suite.
  • Design Portfolio: Strong design portfolio showcasing creative and innovative work.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and collaboration with team members.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate production files for print and signage.
Technical Requirements
  • Hardware: Two monitors with a minimum HD resolution of 1920x1080.
  • Software: A PC equipped with at least a 6GB graphics card and 32GB RAM.
  • Internet Connectivity: Internet connectivity with 50-100Mbps upload/download speeds.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Print Production Experience: Experience in print production and knowledge of printing processes.
  • Client Communication: Familiarity with Whatsapp for client communication and collaboration.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
