About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Ambassador to join our team at Amadeus. As a key member of our Customer Care Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and advocacy for our travel industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line functional and technical support to customers and colleagues from other departments.
  • Work closely with various departments, including Customer Advocates and the development team, to resolve customer incidents and service requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide accurate incident resolution and service request management within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Act as a point of contact for customers and colleagues, providing support and consultation as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) through various communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Apprenticeship or academic degree in a relevant field, such as Tourism or Business Administration.
  • Very good understanding of the travel industry and its business operations.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field with strong technical affinity.
  • Experience working with Cytric, ideally in a support or implementation role.
  • Excellent English language skills, with Spanish, German, or Italian language skills a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and resolution.
