About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Product Design Lead to join our team. This is a leadership role that requires vision, creativity, and a deep understanding of user needs.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of hands-on interaction design experience for large-scale products, including expertise in information architecture, interaction design, UX/UI, user research, and usability testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Design Initiatives: Guide and mentor the design team, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • User-Centered Design: Conduct research to deeply understand user needs and behaviors, applying these insights to improve the overall user experience.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver products that balance business goals with user needs.
  • Innovative Thinking: Lead the team in exploring new design solutions, pushing the boundaries of what's possible while maintaining a high level of usability.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of hands-on interaction design experience for large-scale products.
  • Experience leading design teams and mentoring junior designers.
  • Expertise in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
