Sourcing Specialist Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson México. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will be responsible for supporting Category Managers with stakeholder identification and execution of sourcing projects.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage with stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
• Analyze category spend baseline and profile to inform sourcing decisions.
• Prepare stage gate documentation to facilitate project execution.
• Support Category Managers with supplier screening and selection process.
• Execute end-to-end sourcing projects for assigned categories.
• Monitor spend through spend map analysis and track forecasted vs. actual savings.
• Define corrective actions as needed to optimize sourcing outcomes.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a plus.
• 1-2 years' professional experience in Procurement or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Procurement platforms.
