Estamos buscando a un perfil emprendedor, colaborativo y con espíritu de líder, para tomar el rol de Category Manager Specialist para nuestra categoría de Maquillaje, una de las top priorities en la división y con más proyectos en toda la región.
Tus principales funciones serán: Desarrollar y liderar la categoría de Maquillaje en los clientes más importantes, 3 en Colombia, 1 en Centroamérica.
Desplegar la visión de la categoría de maquillaje en conjunto con el departamento de Merchandising.
Identificar insights y tendencias para desarrollar estrategias que ayuden a incrementar el performance de la categoría.
Liderar la reunión Category Day de MAKEUP para Perú, Colombia & Centroamérica (1 vez cada 2 meses).
Monitoreo del performance de la categoría en la región (con diferentes Paneles, Mintel, Euromonitor, Nielsen, etc).
Como capitán de categoría, es tu responsabilidad recomendar el mix, share of shelf y los lineamientos de categoría con objetividad.
Como capitán de categoría, es tu responsabilidad ser el socio estratégico compartiendo con el cliente resultados e insights.
Cumples los requisitos: Administración de empresas o carreras afines (puede ser ingeniería, marketing, digital, etc).
Debe tener experiencia en Category Management ya sea en un fabricante o en un retailer.
Inglés avanzado.
Idealmente que tenga experiencia en planogramación en programas como Spaceplanning, Spaceman, etc.
Excelente trabajo en equipo, empático y colaborativo.
Manejo de herramientas de datos, como Nielsen y Paneles.
Excel avanzado, idealmente pivots, dashboards, POWER BI.
Te consideras: Emprendedor y colaborativo.
Resiliente & Enfocado.
Tienes la capacidad para manejar la complejidad y entender el Big picture del negocio.
