About the Role:
You will analyze data, provide logistics information, and aid in cost-effective, efficient, timely, and high-quality logistics solutions as an Operations Support.
Key responsibilities include tracking and tracing loads, updating their status in systems (loadboards, portals, and TMS), confirming drivers' adherence to schedules, dispatching trucks for pickups and deliveries, handling expedited shipments, and keeping customers informed about shipment progress.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong sense of urgency, discipline, and responsibility. Good communication skills and a minimum of one year of experience in bilingual customer service are also essential. A degree in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Languages, Logistics, Accounting, Finance, or administrative fields is preferred. Proficiency in English with a B2+ level or higher is required. The ideal candidate should be familiar with the logistics industry.
Benefits and Perks:
This position offers an indefinite-term contract, benefits, and a competitive salary of $2,500,000 COP. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, as this is a 100% remote position. You must be located in Colombia and have a strong internet connection. The schedule is set for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., following the American calendar.
