Your Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in providing a best-in-class hiring experience for managers and candidates alike. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with HR and other CoEs to ensure a seamless hiring process
  • Creating a positive candidate experience through effective communication and screening
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for all positions, including job descriptions, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination
  • Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Working with hiring managers to identify required qualifications and skills
  • Facilitating the assessment process to evaluate candidates' knowledge, skills, and competencies

About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
  • At least 5 years of sourcing/recruiting experience in an executive search firm, recruitment agency, or in-house recruiting function
  • Extensive full-cycle recruiting experience in a competitive industry
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated track-record of excellence in sourcing and assessing technical talent
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and other recruiting software
  • Strong professional experience with various assessment methods, including competency-based interviews and online assessments
  • General knowledge of Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, and relevant government regulations
  • Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English
