About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect Manager to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of Solutions Architects and driving the development of cloud-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Solutions Architects and provide guidance on cloud architecture and design.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement cloud-based solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends.
  • Develop and implement training programs for Solutions Architects.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in enterprise IT application work, including at least 2 years of hands-on software development or DevOps engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience architecting/operating solutions built on any cloud service provider.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience leading and growing teams of senior technology professionals, ideally in customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience architecting, migrating, transforming, or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
