Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year (dependent on experience and qualifications)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project manager to join our Digital Project Management Team. The successful candidate will work across a range of different projects, including application deployment, infrastructure changes, M&A, and other such work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Business Leaders to scope projects which solve business problems;
  • Apply professional experiences and TMF best practice to shape a project approach which will deliver desired outcomes;
  • Work with domain experts to select appropriate technologies;
  • Manage project governance to enable effective decision making and on time / on budget delivery;
  • Build & maintain project plans to monitor progress and identify challenges;
  • Own project financials (cost & benefit), providing monthly reporting on progress vs business case;
  • Bridge between technology and business teams to enable project delivery;
  • Ensure all project team members understand what is expected of them through the project;
  • Develop comprehensive transition plan into business-as-usual project closure with the business and operational excellence team;

Requirements

  • Ability to operate independently and drive projects;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Exceptional written and spoken English;
  • 2+ years experience managing technology enabled change projects from initiation to benefit realization;
  • Experience deploying new applications to end users;
  • Experience of working across a matrix organization, with involvement of various Team Leads, technical resource as well as working with external vendors;
  • Experience driving successful project completion across multiple countries, time zones and cultures.
