Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Global Digital Transformation Leader to join our dynamic team in Bogotá, Colombia. This is an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives, enhance online presence, and drive seamless customer experiences across channels.

Job Description

The Global Digital Transformation Leader will own our global search strategy, develop annual plans, and manage SEO platforms to achieve strategic goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing strategies to enhance organic traffic, website health, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborating closely with teams to create a seamless cross-channel experience and customer journey between search and other channels.
  • Overseeing paid media budget spend and running office hours with teams that run paid ads.
  • Maintaining relationships with third-party consultants and vendors to ensure digital strategy execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong background in SEO and SEA strategy development and execution. Essential qualifications include:

  • Advanced English level (B2-C1)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SEO and SEA strategy development and execution
  • Skilled in managing and configuring SEO platforms aligned with strategic goals
  • Expertise in keyword research, tracking, and domain authority optimization to improve search rankings
  • Proven ability to enhance organic traffic, site health, and conversion rates through continuous improvement efforts
