Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Agile Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, estimation, and successful delivery of digital business and engineering transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Publicis Sapient team, you will collaborate with cross-functional, globally distributed teams to drive technical delivery, ensure clarity on priorities and progress, and foster continuous feedback loops.

Your Impact

  • Act as the technical product point of contact for your assigned delivery team, ensuring seamless development, delivery, and adoption of modern technologies.
  • Drive the technical delivery of use cases, decommissioning, and migration efforts, adhering to timelines and commitments.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to advance project deliverables, meeting business objectives and goals.
  • Assess business value to prioritize the highest-value use cases, aligning technical delivery with strategic business needs.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture, driving high-impact solutions and outcomes.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as product backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and high-level release planning.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • +5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 2 years of experience delivering software products within Agile delivery teams and a formal Agile delivery program.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and gain technical proficiency.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to synthesize information from various sources to inform decisions.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting priorities and emerging challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scrum Product or SAFe Certifications
  • Relevant experience at a digital/technology agency or consultancy leading cross functional, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
