Position Summary
The Category Management RE Specialist is tasked with the development and execution of sophisticated category management processes for key retail customers. This role involves supporting the Customer Development Team in identifying and cultivating growth strategies for our product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the RCD process and services, focusing on category knowledge and optimization.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with key retail partners to ensure equitable representation across all platforms.
- Design and implement shopper strategies that enhance the shopping experience while driving category sales and profitability.
- Elevate category insights through buyer training sessions, webinars, and the use of company tools.
- Refine exhibition strategies based on shopper insights and data analytics.
- Create compelling selling narratives to leverage business opportunities.
- Utilize syndicated data sources such as Nielsen and Kantar to uncover business opportunities within the category.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a commercial role, particularly in consumer marketing or customer development.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools, including Nielsen and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in customer engagement through presentations and innovation initiatives.
- Familiarity with technology-driven projects and the ability to propose new initiatives.
