Job Title: RCM Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented RCM Specialist to join our team at HEALTH PRIME INTL LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and timely posting of all insurance and patient payments, ensuring seamless reconciliation and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and evaluate research requests to determine potential payment issues.
• Post payments received in different forms, including lockbox remits, electronic remits, undistributed accounts, and manual remit posting.
• Analyze EOB information to verify accuracy of patient balances.
• Review payment information to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Properly post denials in the practice management system and communicate with the accounts receivable team.

Requirements:

• High School diploma required.
• Ability to interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOB) – preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
