We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager for Sales to join our team at Emma de Torre. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development in sales, client relationship management, and strategic account growth initiatives.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, building strong client relationships, and leading strategic account growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Account Development & Relationship Management: Nurture and grow client relationships to support repeat and referral business.
  • New Account Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients, developing a robust pipeline of new accounts.
  • Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate records of account activities, performance metrics, and pipeline reports.
  • Develop Client Knowledge: Maximize client success and product adoption by helping them understand the features and benefits of our training programs.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Product Teams: Partner with internal teams to align on client needs, co-develop campaigns, and refine product offerings based on feedback.
