We are seeking an Occupancy Growth Strategist to join our team at WeWork. This role is responsible for driving renewal sales and defined occupancy targets in our assets, working closely with internal stakeholders to increase building occupancy while creating a great member experience.

About The Job

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing the full sales cycle for WeWork offices with existing members by managing the existing pipeline and collaborating with internal partners.
  2. Structuring deals to optimize sales outcomes and understanding how different deal structures relate to WeWork's overall business objectives.
  3. Maintaining a deep understanding of the local sub-market, including changing trends, nearby competitors, pricing, local attractions, and parking.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, and proficiency in English. They should also be able to establish and nurture internal key relationships and have a strong grasp of WeWork's physical spaces, value proposition, and platform.
