Marketing Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to support the development and execution of our marketing strategies. The successful candidate will have a strong background in marketing and strategy development, with experience in coordinating and optimizing promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of marketing strategies and monitor execution through management indicators.
  • Ensure the tracking, optimization, and compliance with the area's budget.
  • Analyze brand performance data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Actively participate in the Brand Team to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, approve, and track marketing materials.
  • Lead special projects, including those related to Patient Journey, Multi-channel, and Scientific Societies.
  • Coordinate logistics and participation in events organized by Scientific Societies.
  • Support the coordination of internal trainings and activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
  • Previous experience in commercial or marketing projects or initiatives.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Project Management skills.
  • Strong analytical, synthesis, and follow-up skills.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge in digital marketing is desirable.
About the Department:

You will join our team in Colombia, where we have two positions available: one for the Diabetes Team and another for the Rare Diseases Team. Our department is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on delivering impactful marketing strategies and supporting the broader business objectives.
