Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team at BruntWork. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for assisting in daily marketing tasks, content creation, data analysis, and CRM management. Your primary focus will be on performing online competitor research and analysis, providing assistance in general admin and marketing of our Shopify store, and collecting data to provide regular reporting on marketing activities and success metrics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform online competitor research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist in the general admin and marketing of our Shopify store, including product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Collect data and provide regular reporting on marketing activities and success metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Create social media content and manage our company's social media pages to engage with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Draft copy for email campaigns and work with our marketing manager to draft website copy for landing pages.
  • Send email follow-ups to sales leads and manage leads in our CRM to ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
  • Assist with the coordination of marketing events and promotions to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency and timely response to concerns.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or a marketing assistant role.
  • Proficient in the Shopify platform and able to assist with product listing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with our audience and build brand awareness.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills to create social media and website content.
  • Experience in email marketing is an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Fast learner and ability to work independently to meet deadlines and deliver results.
