We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Sales Order Management Functional Analyst to join our team at Medtronic. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining SAP SD modules, including integration with other modules like FI, CO, MM, and PP.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure, customize, and maintain SAP SD modules, including integration with other modules.
- Provide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements.
- Lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.
- Work with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of SAP SD align with SAP best practices.
- Perform system integration activities ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- 7+ years of experience with a bachelor's degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Prior Pharma and/or Medical Device experience is desired as well as some familiarity with automation tools and Robotic Processing (RPA).
