At SAP SE, we empower our customers to achieve unparalleled business success. As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving this vision forward.

The SAP Adoption Services Center's Premium Hub-COE provides cutting-edge expertise in application and technology areas to deliver top-notch support to our MaxAttention, Active Attention, and Value Assurance customers. As a key member of this team, you will analyze end-to-end sales and service processes for global customers, presenting actionable recommendations to IT managers and executives.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Supporting functional design validation workshops to identify risks and provide optimization recommendations for business processes, system automation, system landscape, and investment protection.
  • Leading customer implementations and best practices for business processes, driving customer productivity, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting in-depth root cause analysis with technical and programming skills to deliver solutions and services in complex environments.
  • Supporting critical customer escalations and driving critical issues to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of industry and SAP product experience in SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash or SAP ECC SD Module.
  • Hands-on experience with S/4HANA SD customizing and/or development tasks.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP DRC (e-Documents) for Latin America Localization topics.
  • End-to-end business process knowledge with product knowledge in S/4HANA Order to Cash, Sales, or Service.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 30% in the All Americas Region.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Functional/technical knowledge in areas like Advanced Variant Configuration, Advanced Return Management, or Advanced Available-to-Promise.
  • Understanding of programming, including BTP-based development and solution extension, OTC data model, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.

Language Skills:

  • English - Mandatory proficient spoken and written for supporting customers in the All Americas region.
  • Spanish - Mandatory.
  • Portuguese - Optional.
