Descripción del Puesto:

El Asistente Administrativo brindará apoyo esencial en diversas tareas administrativas, asegurando operaciones fluidas y contribuyendo a la eficiencia del equipo. Este rol implica verificación de datos, entrada, validación, informes y mantenimiento de la responsabilidad en las tareas. El asistente utilizará herramientas internas y se comunicará de manera efectiva con los miembros del equipo y la dirección.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Gestión de Datos:
    • Colaborar en la verificación de datos para docentes, escuelas y distritos.
    • Asistir en la entrada, validación e informes de datos en sistemas internos.
    • Mantener y gestionar una lista de tareas en Asana.
    • Asegurar la precisión en los datos de pedidos y contratos para los clientes.
  • Comunicación:
    • Comunicar de manera oportuna por correo electrónico y durante reuniones por Zoom.
    • Facilitar una comunicación clara con los miembros del equipo y la dirección.
    • Ayudar a revisar los datos de pedidos para verificar su corrección.
  • Tareas Administrativas Generales:
    • Utilizar herramientas internas como Google Apps, Notion, Slack, Asana y herramientas personalizadas.
    • Asistir con tareas administrativas u otras tareas diversas según sea necesario.

Calificaciones:

  • Familiaridad con herramientas de software como Google Apps, Notion, Slack y Asana, o la capacidad de aprenderlas rápidamente.
  • Dominio de Google Sheets.
  • Gran atención al detalle en informes, datos y tareas.
  • Habilidades de comunicación claras y seguimiento.
  • Flexibilidad y adaptabilidad.
  • Actitud positiva.
  • Conocimientos tecnológicos (preferido).
