About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Lawyer to join our team at Metro Line 1 S.A.S. as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough due diligence and enhanced due diligence processes to ensure integrity and transparency in our business relationships.
  • Identify and assess compliance risks, conducting in-depth analysis and employing risk management tools to detect and mitigate potential non-compliance.
  • Collaborate with the development and execution of compliance training programs for employees and contractors, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
  • Prepare detailed reports on the status of compliance in the company, analyzing compliance with policies and regulations.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing organizational compliance processes.
  • Professional in law with specialization in corporate or commercial law.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.
