- Identify and assess compliance risks, conducting in-depth analysis and employing risk management tools to detect and mitigate potential non-compliance.
- Collaborate with the development and execution of compliance training programs for employees and contractors, promoting a culture of integrity and transparency.
- Prepare detailed reports on the status of compliance in the company, analyzing compliance with policies and regulations.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing organizational compliance processes.
- Professional in law with specialization in corporate or commercial law.
- English language proficiency at B2 level.
