Position Summary
We offer a comprehensive learning and development program where you can apply your academic knowledge and refine your skills across various sectors in the hospitality industry.
As a Hospitality Management Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Human Resources and Financial Management: Assist the Location Manager with various initiatives, support administrative functions, help prepare and present monthly reports for the corporate office, and assist in tracking fixed monthly expenses such as utilities, local taxes, and office supplies. Aid in entering invoices into the Daily Report and ensure daily reconciliation with the system.
- Co-Working Operations: Oversee sales and bookings at the location, provide sales, marketing, and operational support to the Office Manager, attend to guests' mailing, transport, and communication needs. Assist in event planning, internal communications, and community engagement at the CoWorking space.

To be eligible, you should:
- Currently be enrolled in a University pursuing studies in administration, hospitality, accounting, or related fields.
- Possess intermediate English language skills
- Be able to provide a university letter confirming the internship duration
- Be enthusiastic about learning, having fun, and most importantly, embracing a fresh perspective on Hospitality.
