About this Key Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Audit Manager to play a crucial role in designing and implementing internal audit strategies aligned with top-tier professional standards. As part of our fast-growing global company, you will manage comprehensive audits from inception to completion, ensuring robust control mechanisms that protect and propel organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement an internal audit methodology aligned with IIA Standards, driving excellence in audit quality and efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of the annual internal audit plan, focusing on key risk areas and business objectives.
  • Lead the delivery of audits, ensuring quality and timeliness from planning through reporting, while fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Review audit work to ensure comprehensive testing and supported conclusions, promoting risk awareness and effective control management.
  • Draft high-quality audit reports highlighting issues and SMART actions, showcasing your expertise in technical-non-technical bridging.
  • Track agreed actions and escalate overdue items, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of IT audit best practices and regulations.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding of new team members, building and maintaining a robust stakeholder network within the organization.
  • Manage and develop a small matrixed team, promoting learning and innovation while embracing diversity and inclusion.
  • Promote risk awareness and effective control management, ensuring the organization's compliance and efficiency.
  • Maintain expert knowledge of IT infrastructure controls (security, disaster recovery, etc.) and stay up-to-date with AI tools and frameworks.
  • Perform ad hoc projects as required, other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills Required
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant management experience in IT Audit, with a proven track record in direct line management, team leadership, and development.
  • Professional qualification in IT Audit (CISA) or IT Security (CISM, CISSP), demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field.
  • Expertise in professional internal audit practices and IT general controls, with strong written and verbal communication skills for technical-non-technical bridging.
  • A strong understanding of IT infrastructure controls (security, disaster recovery, etc.), with familiarity with AI tools and frameworks desirable.
  • Excellent English skills (B2-C1), with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
