About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Strategist to join our team at Publicis Groupe. As a key member of our Data Instrumentation team, you will play a strategic and technical role, requiring analytics and development knowledge and skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Collaboration: Work directly with internal and external client teams to provide analytics, tag management, testing, and optimization services.
  • Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of client websites and app architecture, online business models, and marketing strategies.
  • Tag Management: Function as a subject matter expert on the utilization of tag management systems to enable the capture of marketing analytics data.
  • Client Success: Consult and work alongside key stakeholders to drive client success based on key performance indicators and business drivers.
  • Communication: Interact frequently with clients virtually and in person on projects requiring tag management implementation, analytics strategy, and analytics platform remediation.
  • Best Practices: Recommend best practices consulting services to clients in solving their web analytics and site/app optimization platform strategy and technical needs.
  • Solution Design: Translate business requirements into a solution design document used for implementation support, guidance, and documentation of processes.
  • Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest developments in data platforms (analytics, tag management, testing, optimization, and data management/customer data) and techniques.
  • Leadership: Lead customer, vendor, market analyst, and client interviews from a data standpoint.
  • Presentations: Develop and present solutions and recommendations to internal and external project teams.
  • New Business Development: Actively participate in new business development activities.
  • Professional Development: Practice development, including recruiting, training, thought leadership, and community building.
Requirements
  • Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch: Strong skills in Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch are required for this role.
  • JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML: Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML is necessary, with the ability to lead in this area of expertise.
  • Web Analytics Tool Basics: Understanding of web analytics tool basics, including tags, cookies, and variables.
  • Tag Management Systems: Strong understanding of tag management systems, including tags, rules, and variables.
  • Advertising, Marketing, and Strategic Brand Management: Solid understanding of advertising, marketing, and strategic brand management and how to best leverage these in a digital environment.
  • Presentation Skills: Experience presenting in front of groups, to clients, and via web conference.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and QA abilities for both web and native apps.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Project Management: The ability to successfully manage multiple internal and external initiatives/projects in a deadline-driven environment.
