Buscamos un Especialista en Data y Analytics para unirse a nuestro equipo de Data & Analytics en Aon. En este rol, serás responsable de diseñar, desarrollar e implementar herramientas de analítica para apoyar las estrategias de gestión de riesgos de nuestros clientes.

Responsabilidades

  • Diseñar y desarrollar herramientas de analítica para apoyar las estrategias de gestión de riesgos de nuestros clientes.
  • Generar reportes e información de valor de manera periódica para clientes internos y externos.
  • Realizar análisis consultivos basados en datos y herramientas analíticas.
  • Adopción e implementación de proyectos de Data & Analytics con equipos globales y regionales.

Requisitos
  • Experiencia de 4 años en áreas de Data & Analytics.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en analítica básica, analítica avanzada, big data, análisis estadísticos y análisis predictivos.
  • Estudios y/o especialidades en ciencias de ingeniería, administrativas, economía, financieras o afines.
  • Idiomas: Inglés intermedio alto (B2).
  • Herramientas tecnológicas: Python, R, Power BI, MySQL, herramientas de ETL.
