About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Solution Expert to join our Resilience Analytics team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving a data-driven approach to technology resiliency across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data-driven solutions to measure technology service performance and identify areas of risk.
  • Develop and maintain effective dashboards to provide insights to executives, risk committees, and regulators.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to architect data solutions and streamline presentation in dashboards.
  • Champion organizational change management, including communication and training, to drive adoption of data-driven approaches.
  • Provide high-quality daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting for various risk departments within the bank.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills, including data visualization, ETL, and Python.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present to executive-level audiences.
  • Leadership experience in team management and coaching.
  • ITIL Foundations certification and experience with business analysis and technical areas of development.
