Job Overview
Black Girl Vitamins seeks a seasoned Ecommerce Retention & Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis. This role is critical to increasing lifetime value and brand advocacy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute new strategies to improve customer retention and loyalty.

Main Responsibilities
Email/SMS Development and Flow Management:
  • Design and implement email/SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.
  • Create automated customer journeys and flows to ensure relevant communication.
  • A/B test different strategies to determine the most effective messaging and timing.
Customer Segmentation:
  • Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain detailed customer profiles and segmentation strategies to enhance targeted marketing efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to personalize communication and offers.
Subscriptions Management:
  • Oversee subscription programs, optimize churn rate, and increase Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Monitor subscription metrics and implement initiatives to improve retention rates.
Loyalty Management:
  • Design and manage loyalty programs to reward and retain loyal customers.
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of loyalty initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote loyalty programs participation.
