Managing billions in media, our dynamic team of consultative marketers, creatives, analysts and technologists challenge traditional ways of planning and measurement through meticulous testing and data science across each milestone of the customer journey.

**Proficiency in spoken and written English at an advanced level is required for this role.

**This is a contract position with the intent to hire as a full-time employee in 30-90 days after start date.

**Responsibilities**:
Effectively own strategic communication internally and externally for clients and client teams as the Account Manager
- Successfully project manage full account initiatives using proactive communication.
- Proactive internal communication with team on performance, strategy, recommendations, deliverables, and action items; facilitating tactical needs with Strategists where applicable

Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social native platforms
- Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, and others as applicable
- Effectively executing builds and production A-Z with redundancy across channels; facilitating production with Specialists on teams where applicable
- Lead execution of optimizations with regard to performance improvements relative to goals

Excellent marketing and business strategy acumen
- Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social
- Full understanding of the eCommerce model and basic lead gen strategies
- Ability to navigate roadblocks and adapt strategy to changes in landscape to achieve desired results

Ownership of performance reporting and strategy communication
- Execute performance reporting A-Z with excellent presentation creation capabilities
- Autonomously presents performance reports and recaps, facilitating strategic conversations with clients (verbally and written)
- Ability to leverage data to tell a story and articulate results to clients and key stakeholders with clear next steps

Exceptional client management and growth strategy across all managed accounts
- Lead and facilitate all resign conversations with clients with negotiation support from the ES; crafting an effective strategy and SOW tailored to the client's business needs
- Spearhead service expansion process for managed accounts through identification, appraisal, presentation, negotiation, and onboarding
- Support ES in conversations and negotiations to mitigate churn of managed accounts
- Ability to build out, price, and present Schedule A

Operating as an effective member of the team for both department and account teams
- Contributing to a constructive and effective work environment in line with PD core values
- Actively participate in the growth and development of junior talent where applicable.

Primary KPI’s:
Managing a full workload indicated by one or more of the following:

- $34k MRR or;
- Account Manager for $80K+ total retainer value or;
- 6-8 managed clients
- Below 10% client churn rate

Secondary KPI’s:

- 85% gross revenue retention annually
- Unforecasted churn under 5% of total managed revenue
- Hitting or surpassing performance goals for 80% of managed clients
