About the Role

Twilio is seeking a highly skilled Workday Analyst to join our team. As a pivotal member of our Workday team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Workday-related matters, including HCM, Security, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support for Workday-related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday, with a focus on HCM, Security, and Reporting.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
  • Provide training and documentation to People support staff, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Maintain data integrity across core systems and related interfaces.
  • Design and implement system changes to align with business needs.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Workday support experience with a specialized focus in HCM, business processes, notifications, alerts, scheduled processes, auditing, security, and reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, commitment to data integrity, organization, and adept problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into action plans.
  • Understanding of data privacy practices and regulations, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with business units and third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines.
  • Initiative-driven, inherently curious, and possessing analytical thinking.
  • Excellent knowledge of PC software, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace.
  • Workday Pro certifications are a plus.
