Job Title: Sales Manager

CPL Aromas is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our LATAM Commercial Team in driving sales and margin growth in line with our global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategy for the LATAM Market, aligning with CPL's corporate brand identity and vision.
  • Lead the LATAM Commercial Team in all areas of day-to-day operations, people management, and financial operating framework.
  • Manage strategic target customers to develop sustainable profitable business.
  • Establish commercial operating framework to ensure profitability and revenue targets are met.
  • Produce monthly sales reports and contribute to GM Reports for the LATAM Division.
Requirements:
  • University degree, MBA, or Business postgraduate preferred.
  • Verbal and written command of English.
  • Good command in Windows environment (MS office) and ERP.
  • 10-15+ years' functional/technical experience in the fragrance industry.
  • Competence in olfactory skills.
  • Negotiate complex sales agreements across many customers.
  • Strong fragrance industry experience.
  • Passion for fragrance.
  • Excellent leadership skills with ability to lead commercial teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative.
  • Embraces change.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Results-oriented.
