At CPL Aromas, we are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Strategy Manager to lead our LATAM Sales Team in driving sales and margin growth in line with our global and divisional strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute commercial strategies for the LATAM Market, aligning with our corporate brand identity and vision.
  • Lead the LATAM Commercial Team in day-to-day operations, people management, and financial operating frameworks.
  • Manage strategic target customers to develop sustainable profitable business.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering effective commercial strategies, forecasting and profitability responsibilities, and managing the LATAM Sales Team/Leadership.

Requirements:
  • University degree, MBA, or business postgraduate preferred.
  • Verbal and written command of English.
  • Good command in Windows environment (MS office) and ERP.
  • 10-15+ years of functional/technical experience in the fragrance industry.
  • Competence in olfactory skills.
  • Negotiate complex sales agreements across many customers.
  • Strong fragrance industry experience.
  • Passion for fragrance.
  • Excellent leadership skill with ability to lead commercial teams.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative.
  • Embraces change.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good project management skills.
  • Results-oriented.
