Key Responsibilities

  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and assign tasks to team members, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success and minimize potential losses.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate project status, issues, and updates to stakeholders and clients, ensuring transparency and trust.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and maintain project management best practices and methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Operational Management: Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment within the team, ensuring effective workflow and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Conduct regular project reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and optimize project performance.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Create proposal drafts in better proposals by collecting scope of work and requirements from stakeholders.
  • Administrative Management: Administer management of Zoho CRM, Asana, and other business tools.
  • Business Intelligence: Monitor and update operation scorecards and sales & marketing metrics.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct sales forecasting and financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present board reports and other business updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of management consultant experience or another relevant role.
  • Skills: Intermediate/Advanced skill level within the Office 365 suite, Asana, and other business productivity tools.
  • Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial analysis and accounting skills, as well as basic knowledge of financial modeling or exposure in company funding and capitalization.
  • Personal Qualities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal skills, effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong planning and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Project Management Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, as is Scrum Master or Agile certification.
  • Night Shift Experience: Experience working night shifts is preferred.
