About the Role

The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a crucial role in supporting project delivery and ensuring the success of our projects at Endava. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with stakeholders to facilitate project meetings, manage financial aspects, and provide timely reports to inform management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Delivery Support: Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Management Control: Implement and maintain project management controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
