Total Rewards Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Total Rewards Consultant to join our team in Bogota. As a key member of our HR organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering Total Rewards policies and programs.
Job Description- Develops and implements Total Rewards strategies to drive employee engagement and optimize total reward.
- Conducts compensation surveys to determine competitive salary information and recommends corrective actions.
- Evaluates and negotiates contracts with providers to ensure compliance with legislative requirements.
- Develops benefit communications and counsels employees on benefit-related issues.
- Ensures company benefit offerings remain competitive and compliant with federal, state, and local legislation.
- Designs and delivers Total Reward solutions that drive employee engagement, optimize total reward, and support strategic objectives.
- Collaborates with the Total Rewards team, HR organization, and senior business leaders to manage and deliver Total Reward efforts.
- Assesses best practices and creates workforce-specific Total Reward strategies and solutions based on business requirements.
- Works closely with the HR community to deliver end-to-end Total Reward solutions, products, and services to the business.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Total Rewards or a related field.
- Strong functional skills and broad knowledge of all areas within particular corporate sub-function.
- Bachelor's/University/Master's Degree in Business Administration or comparable experience.
- Professional Training & Certification / World at Work training (a plus).
