Kuehne+Nagel is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Total Rewards team as a Chief Rewards Strategy Officer. This role will play a crucial part in shaping the company's rewards landscape, ensuring alignment with global standards and plans.
Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is $145,000 - $185,000, depending on location and experience.
Job Description
As a Chief Rewards Strategy Officer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Total Rewards processes specific to the Americas geography. Your key objectives include:
- Aligning content, products, and workflows with global standards and plans;
- Providing daily support for Total Rewards analysis, job evaluations, and contractual documentation;
- Maintaining short-term incentivization plan documents and administering bonus calculations process;
- Supporting international relocation processes and benefits in dedicated countries;
- Partnering with national and global stakeholders to develop process excellence;
- Training TR Teams, HR Colleagues, and Business Partners;
- Analyzing deviations from the global blueprint and recommending necessary local adaptations;
- Analyzing local market data to adjust practices to latest market trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in analytical roles in Compensation & Benefits, Finance, or related areas within a complex global organization;
- At least 3 years of work experience in a Compensation & Benefits role required;
- Solid financial background, including knowledge of legal, tax, and employment legislation;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize and simplify large amounts of data;
- Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team;
- Hands-on mentality with a high level of flexibility;
- Excellent prioritization skills, able to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines;
- English: Fluent (required).
