Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, attracting, and pre-selecting candidates for various recruitment processes assigned.
  • Participating in profile lifting meetings with clients.
  • Conducting proactive mappings for recurring positions to have candidate bases ready for contact upon new position activations.
  • Conducting interviews or telephone pre-selections for some assigned recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining an updated candidate database and managing the ATS. Generating reports on process updates to send weekly reports to clients on active process statuses.
  • Supporting the consulting team in transforming and modifying resumes to the A&R format.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree in business administration, psychology, industrial engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency, although not a requirement.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sourcer or recruitment roles.
  • Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, and organization.
Compensation

Monthly salary: COP $

Extra salary allowance: COP $200,000

Transportation allowance: COP $162,000

Hybrid position: 3 days home office and 2 days in-office (Usaquen) Monday to Friday, 8:00am-6:00pm
