About the Role:
- We are looking for a dedicated professional from Colombia with a strong command of English, who can make this role at BruntWork their top priority.
- The recruitment process at BruntWork is fast-paced, with recruiters managing approximately eight new job openings each week.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Colombia Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the sourcing and hiring of candidates who meet job requirements
- Obtain clear commitments from candidates about working with our clients
- Follow BruntWork's recruitment and hiring processes diligently
- Achieve monthly hiring targets and meet deadlines
- Complete one month of night shift training before transitioning to the day shift
Requirements:
- Experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources
- Reliable computer (minimum 8 GB RAM, i3 processor or equivalent), with a working camera and headset
- Postpaid internet with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps
- A quiet, professional workspace for conducting online interviews
- Monthly incentives/bonuses for hitting targets
$12,500 - $17,000 per month (dependent on experience)
