Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Global Marketing Strategist to oversee and implement all marketing functions for our real estate business. This individual will manage the development and execution of various marketing strategies, including SMS and email drip campaigns, direct mail, PPC, data analysis, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of strategy, implementation, and optimization of all marketing campaigns, including direct mail, PPC, SMS, email, and drip campaigns.
- Management and execution of SMS and email drip campaigns to engage and convert real estate leads.
- Leadership of direct mail campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, accuracy, and budget adherence.
- Tracking and management of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess marketing effectiveness.
- Management of marketing budgets across channels, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximizing ROI.
- Organization, analysis, and use of data to inform marketing strategies and campaign adjustments.
- Handling logistics for campaign launches, including scheduling, resources, and vendor management.
- Development and oversight of data scraping processes to gather, organize, and analyze leads for targeted campaigns.
- Continuous evaluation and refinement of marketing strategies based on performance data and market trends.
- Collaboration with sales and leadership teams to align marketing with business goals.
- Ensuring compliance with marketing regulations, including TCPA for SMS and CAN-SPAM for email.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience overseeing all marketing functions, ideally in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels, including direct mail, PPC, SMS, email, and digital advertising.
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign).
- Ability to manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure efficiency.
- Expertise in KPI tracking and performance analysis for optimizing marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Analytical skills, including data scraping, data organization, and interpreting performance data.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Twilio, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Strong copywriting and creative skills, with an eye for effective messaging and design.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities to guide teams and collaborate with sales, operations, and vendors.
