Key Responsibilities

As a Senior FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes that meet the needs of both income and expenses. You will support business people in the organization by managing financial planning processes within your area of expertise. Additionally, you will participate in planning and contribute to global and local strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform financial analysis of income and expenses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts, budgets, and risk/opportunity reports to support business decision-making.
  • Coordinate the budgeting process from start to finish to ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor weekly revenue movement and present insights to sales organization leaders.
  • Consolidate Commercial and PTO expense for P&L reporting.
  • Identify revenue gaps for products and customers and resolve unrecognized revenue from won opportunities.
  • Prepare month-end and quarter-end reporting and analysis, including presenting insights to finance leadership.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis as required to support senior finance leadership.
  • Lead and prepare forecast consolidation and cost walks.
  • Support implementation of process efficiencies and improvements leveraging new technology investments.

Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Finance Bachelor's Degree.
  • At least 3 years' experience in finance, FP&A roles, or similar.
  • Expert-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite and working knowledge of accounting systems.
  • Advanced English language proficiency.
  • Basic-Intermediate Portuguese language proficiency.
  • Hungry to learn and contribute to the team.
  • Highly proactive.
  • Experience in analytical modeling.
