Job Title: Senior AnalystJob Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis team in the North America region. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for managing and executing corporate reporting and planning requirements, while supporting strategic processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the financial close process by analyzing variances against budget, forecasts, and prior year actuals, and providing thoughtful business-driven commentary to management teams.
  • Develop and manage standardized financial reporting packages that drive and support the business, including business metrics and KPIs.
  • Apply strategic understanding of business dynamics and competitive forces in different markets, and support business in formulating mitigating strategies.
  • Execute on financial process improvements by building and maintaining financial tools to perform analysis and modeling.
What We Offer

We're a strong 100+ member team based out of Gurgaon, India, and now expanding into Bogota, Colombia. As a Senior Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to work with business stakeholders to drive planning efforts, identify business drivers, and develop the bottom-up budget and forecast.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields; Master's in Finance or MBA is a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with all phases of financial planning and management.
  • Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools and experience with financial systems/applications (e.g. Hyperion and Oracle).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success in a team environment.
Language

Fluent English speaker.
