The Creative QA Analyst will be responsible for QA emails/banners/print/videos from the agency.

Responsibilities
  • Defining the test plans and processes for business operations.
  • Testing emails and documents, creating issues in JIRA and assigning appropriately to the development team, and seeing issues through to resolution.
  • Producing high-quality bug reports covering description, reproduction steps, and severity.
