In this role you will work with an exciting startup using drones to provide data analytics to construction teams to help them better manage their job sites.
This is a great chance to work with an exciting company that is helping the top land developers, home builders, contractors, and engineers in the US and Canada.
The RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Marketer to join our growing team.
This role will focus on developing a variety of marketing materials for our U.S.-based operations, including website content, email campaigns, landing pages, brochures, graphics, and video editing.
The ideal candidate is fluent in English, possesses outstanding copywriting and storytelling skills, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
An understanding of residential construction and land development is highly desired.
ResponsibilitiesContent CreationWrite, edit, and proofread engaging marketing copy for website pages, emails, landing pages, and other digital materialsDevelop brochures, case studies, and other printed collateral as neededMaintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Video Editing & Graphic DesignEdit and produce short marketing videos and graphics for social media, presentations, and ad campaigns across all major social platforms and ad typesDesign graphics, infographics, and other visual elements, and video content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Veed, or similar softwareCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure visual assets align with brand guidelines
Copywriting & StorytellingCraft compelling, on-brand storytelling that resonates with target audiences in the residential construction and land development spaceEnsure top-notch U.S. English grammar, spelling, and style across all copy.Tailor messaging to various channels and audience personas to drive engagement and conversions
Campaign SupportWork closely with marketing and sales teams to strategize, conceptualize, and execute content marketing campaignsCreate and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets.Utilize Google Slides for presentations and pitch decks to support internal and client-facing initiatives
Research & Industry AwarenessConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscapes, and best practices in residential construction and land developmentIntegrate relevant insights into content strategy to address pain points and highlight TraceAir's unique value propositionQualifications and AttributesEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred2+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or a similar roleSkills & CompetenciesFluent in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilitiesProficiency in video editing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or extensive experience in Canva)Strong storytelling skills with a focus on engaging U.S. audiencesExcellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.Familiarity with Google Slides and other Google Workspace toolsKnowledge of residential construction and land development is a bonusPersonal AttributesCreative, innovative, and able to think outside the boxHighly detail-oriented and committed to qualityCollaborative and able to work effectively within cross-functional teamsProactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a remote settingAbout the CompanyOdisea fue fundada bajo la creencia de que las empresas increíbles solo pueden ser construidas sobre la base de una cultura intencional cultivada por personas excelentes.
