Position Overview

The Branch Sales Supervisor is tasked with ensuring the quality of calls made by managers in the Latin American region. This role encompasses listening to managers' calls, providing constructive feedback, overseeing the educational progress of managers, and conducting both live and virtual training sessions as needed.

Core Responsibilities

  • Oversee the educational advancement of sales representatives
  • Verify the accuracy of e-learning courses translated into Spanish
  • Translate training documents from English to Spanish
  • Ensure the accuracy of sales representatives' entries in the CRM system
  • Facilitate coaching sessions focused on enhancing the quality of work
  • Track sales representatives' KPIs and develop training strategies accordingly
  • Generate reports detailing progress and challenges

Qualifications

  • A minimum of two years' experience in sales or corporate training
  • Fluent proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with financial trading is a significant advantage
  • Proficient in PowerPoint is a notable asset
