Job Title: Director of Human Resources

Job Summary:

The Director of Human Resources is a strategic leader responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with corporate goals. This role involves overseeing talent management, compliance, employee relations, and benefits while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with corporate goals.
  • Oversee HR operations across all lines of business, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to best practices.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies for leadership roles and oversee succession planning across departments.
  • Manage employee relations at a corporate level, including conflict resolution, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to align HR initiatives with corporate financial goals and operational needs.
  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management and leadership training programs.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and industry regulations across all business units.
  • Manage HR metrics and analytics to guide decision-making and improve HR processes.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.
  • Guide and mentor HR managers to drive professional growth and departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's Code of Conduct and all applicable laws, including HIPAA regulations for the protection of sensitive information.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in labor laws, compliance, and organizational development across multiple business units.
  • Proven ability to lead in a complex, fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Experience with enterprise-level HR systems (e.g., Workday, Oracle).
  • Excellent strategic planning, leadership, and communication skills.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position that requires working in an office environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
