About the Job
The Senior Production Designer role will be responsible for creating and editing graphics and images for a variety of media, including digital and print. This person must be able to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure. The Brand team creates meaningful moments for current and future customers, showing the importance of human connection in a noisy digital world. Our dispersed, global team builds our brand through elevated content with engaging, high-quality design. We set a creative and aspirational global standard for all Twilions.

Responsibilities
  • Updating and maintaining our team templates to ensure all elements meet requirements for vendor handoff.
  • Creating and modifying ads to make them pixel perfect for final production.
  • Laying out long-form documents.
  • Collaborating closely with creative peers.
  • Cultivating cross-functional partnerships and creating easy-to-repurpose templates in Canva.
  • Beautifying slide decks so that every element is in place and digitally ready.
  • Navigating concurrent projects with aggressive timelines, without compromise.

We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table. Required: 12+ years of experience in the design field. Experience in final production delivery for both digital and print. Developed creative design perspective promoting high-level creative execution, graphic design fundamentals, brand cohesion, accessibility, and human-centered design. Experience working from creative briefs. Confident working with stakeholders, providing multiple viable solutions, and articulating tradeoffs. In-house/agency brand team or extensive brand building experience. Delighted by conversations exploring the facets of being 'on Brand'. Experienced in brand infrastructure and expression across mediums and platforms. A multi-faceted creative communicator: as comfortable with physical exhibition design vocabularies, as they are with digital environments.
