Art Supervisor for Children Animation Project

We are excited to announce that we are currently looking for a talented **Art Supervisor** to join our team.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Use Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create original high-quality vector artwork and layered images that resonate with children;
- Provide concepts, mock-ups, style guides, and placeholder art that is usable and suitable with our kid's animation project;
- Collaborate directly with the Creative Director, Product Owner, Line Manager, and other supervisors of the team to ensure that all assets related products of the animation project result in products of high-quality;
- Generate and develop artistic ideas that meeting deadlines;
- Supervise, direct, and provide feedback on the Art team's production procedure to ensure that all team members meet their deadlines;
- Allocate suitable duties to team members and oversee their work to ensure that it matches the project's criteria;
- Keeping productive interactions between the Producer and team members;
- Checking freelancers' invoice and working with Finance team/ Bookkeepers about invoicing process if required;
- Able to work as 40 hours per week and from 11:00 - 16:00 UTC -3 in working days.

**Prof**e**ssional Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience as an Assets team supervisor / Illustration team supervisor;
- Demonstrated experience in kids’ animation production (children 4-6 years old);
- Demonstrated expertise in the following: drawing, illustration, script and animatic understanding.

**Knowledge of**:

- Outstanding understanding of shape, composition, physical motion, weight and balance;
- Deep understanding about all stages of **2D animation production;**
- Creativity, resourcefulness, and lots of ideas;
- Traditional animation knowledge. Capability in capturing and transmitting the acting personality to the characters;
- A deep understanding of 2D computer graphics theory and practice is highly preferred;
- Having knowledge and experience in Moho is an advantage.

**Skills**:

- Fluent in English;
- Excellent creative and technical communication skills;
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills;
- Lead and supervisor the team without any bias, deliver data-based decisions;
- Promote effective communication and teamwork;
- Being to work under pressure and maintain a positive environment for the team;
- Ability to deliver constructive feedback and guidance to team members;
- Strong leadership skills.
