Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead O&M Technician to join our team at EthosEnergy Power Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plant, including mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain complex mechanical equipment, including gas turbines, steam turbines, generators, and heat recovery steam generators.
  • Perform troubleshooting and repair of mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and instrumentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and implement procedures to prevent accidents and environmental harm.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of O&M technicians, and provide guidance and training as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans, and monitor and report on equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in aero-derivative power plant operations and maintenance.
  • Or 4-6 years of related experience and/or training, or a combination of experience and/or education preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
