Regional Operations Director Position Summary

This is a highly influential and leadership-oriented role that plays a critical part in the success of our company. As a Regional Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our business across the Andean region. This involves directing and coordinating activities and resources to ensure consistent execution of established goals.

The ideal candidate should possess advanced English skills, have at least 10 years of experience leading teams, and be proficient in operational excellence, transformation, project management, and client service. The ability to prioritize, strategize, and meet deadlines is essential, as well as deep connections across partners and industry groups. A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Business Technology, or a related field is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Subregion operations by directing and coordinating activities and resources consistent with established goals
  • Provide leadership, management, and vision to ensure proper resources, controls, and systems are in place to grow the organization, excel in services, and maintain financial strength
  • Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring accomplishment of defined KPIs, strategic initiatives, and compliance
  • Develop an annual operating plan that supports Aon's long-term operations strategy
  • Convert strategic objectives into actionable plans for performance and growth
